Job Title : MERN Stack Developer
We are looking for a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. Your primary focus will be on building scalable and high-performance solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage database schemas, models, and queries in MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and other developers) to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures in compliance with company policies.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the development process.
