Job Description:

Decimal Solution is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across projects. This role requires a strong technical background in both manual and automation testing. You will play a key role in building QA processes, improving product quality, and mentoring team members.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both manual and automation testing, along with hands-on expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks. Experience with API testing and performance testing is essential, as well as a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices. The candidate should also have experience in test strategy development, test planning, and reporting, supported by excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities to guide junior QA team members effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will lead QA processes across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective test strategies and automation frameworks, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and conducting performance and security testing. The role also involves mentoring junior QA engineers, collaborating closely with development and product teams, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and stability at every stage of development and release.
