Gather client feedback and update CRM records. Enhance client retention and satisfaction through consistent communication. Requirements: 2 years of CSR experience in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer follow-ups, query resolution, and after-sales support. Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
