The Role: We are looking for a strategic Paid Ads Specialist to own, execute, and optimize our performance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid initiatives across key platforms to achieve our customer acquisition and ROI goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), and TikTok Ads. Define campaign strategy, budget allocation, targeting, and bidding to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance. Perform detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights and reports. Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop high-converting ad assets. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media. Requirements: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns. Proven expertise in managing monthly budgets and driving results on Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and platform-native analytics. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make quick, data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Why Apply?
