Responsibilities Prospect, approach, and convert potential clients for real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase property offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. 4-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales. Strong network and understanding of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
